Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders require 3-5 business days for processing and packing before they are dispatched. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready.
Door-to-Door Courier: R 105.00 via The Courier Guy. Delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in South Africa.
Paxi (PEP Collection): R 60.00. Delivery takes 7-9 business days to your selected PEP store.
Local Collection: Free. You can collect directly from our location in Protea Glen, Soweto. You must wait for confirmation that your order is packed before arriving.
Orders over R 1000 automatically qualify for Free Nationwide Shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, we will exchange it provided the stock is available. The customer is responsible for the return courier cost, but JANE 4 will cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed via Yoco or EFT within 3-5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions: Headwear (caps/beanies) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Privacy Policy
JANE 4 respects your privacy and complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. We only collect the necessary information (Name, Email, Phone, Address) required to fulfill your order and provide customer support.
Payments: All card transactions are securely processed through Yoco. JANE 4 does not store, see, or have access to your credit card details.
We will never sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing companies.
